Jović Meets with Suriname’s Ambassador to Venezuela
The State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Damjan Jović met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Suriname to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Georgette García Elías.
During the meeting, the traditionally good and friendly bilateral relations between the two countries were reaffirmed, with both sides highlighting the potential for further strengthening cooperation, particularly in the economic sphere.
State Secretary Jović thanked Ambassador García Elías for the Republic of Suriname’s principled support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
Both sides expressed satisfaction with the confirmation of the Republic of Suriname’s participation in the Specialised Expo 2027 in Belgrade.
